Social impact
Our mission to help people has always extended far beyond life insurance. A big part of our corporate culture is giving back to our community through volunteer fundraising, charities and scholarships. We’re proud of our ongoing charitable efforts. 2022 highlights include:
Annual Charitable Giving Campaign
In 2022, between our employees’ efforts and company match, LGA raised over $800,000 through its Annual Charitable
Giving Campaign, which ran from October 17th to October 28th, 2022. We raised money through LGA spirit competitions, ticketed events, sponsored activities, and salary donations.

NAILBA Charitable Foundation We’re a proud charter member of the National Association of Independent Life Insurance Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) Charitable Foundation,
which supports local charities throughout the United States. LGA makes annual donations to the foundation — over the past few years, we've donated over $200,000.
Life HappensSince
2019, we’ve sponsored a Life Lessons scholarship, which recognizes students for their perseverance following the loss of a parent or guardian with little or no life insurance coverage; in 2021, increased our scholarship amount to $20,000.

At LGA, we value our people and our planet. Our team is committed to reducing our impact on the environment and it shows.
We are proud to share
Our efforts have been recognized and rewarded for several years with the EPA’s Energy Star Certification award (2013-2022),
and the Indoor Environmental Quality Certification (2014-2022). We use 35% less energy than similar-sized companies and generate 35% fewer greenhouse emissions than similar buildings across the nation.
